Book an appointment to see a Pension Officer

Pension Fund Officers are primarily home workers, so if you wish to meet an officer face-to-face, you will need to book an appointment. To arrange an appointment, please phone us or complete our enquiry form

Depending on your query, officers might be able to help you over the phone instead, or arrange a Teams call if you prefer.

If you hand deliver forms, please leave these with County Hall reception colleagues.

Tell us about a death

To inform us that a scheme member has passed away you can use the government Tell Us Once | gov.uk service. This allows you to notify most government organisations in one go, rather than having to contact each one individually.

If you are unable to use this service, please call us on 0116 305 7886 or use our online enquiry form

Make a complaint

If you aren’t satisfied with any aspect of the processing of your Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) benefits, or any decision given by us, in the first instance please contact the Pension Officer dealing with your case. Find more information about making a complaint and the different stages of resolving any issues.
