Employers operating Salary Sacrifice Shared Cost AVCs via a Third Party

When submitting payroll files, members that are not included on the Prudential payroll listing shouldn't be included on the payroll file or the BACS payments you send in. This includes new members joining and existing members changing their contributions. If there are missing members or the listing doesn't match a third party listing, please email Prudential.
