Bulletin 12: New Website and Self-Service

I am writing to inform you that from 6 January 2026 we will be going live with new websites. This change is essential as the current version has reached ‘end of life’ and will no longer be supported.

What’s changing?

The new website features: 

  • General information about the LGPS
  • Access to ‘My Pension’, an updated member self-service area
  • A dedicated Employers section, replacing the existing employer site

Please note:

  • The existing sites will stop being maintained from 6 January 2026
  • A notification about these changes will be appear on the site shortly before that date

From 6 January, you will be able to visit the new site at leicspensionfund.co.uk

The Employers section will include an A-Z index for easy navigation. Bulletins will also be displayed more prominently.

For members

Members registered for the current self-service will receive an email with instructions on how to set up their new account shortly after the site goes live.
