Bulletin 11: McCloud Sargeant exercise

Further to previous bulletins relating to the McCloud exercise, I wanted to remind you that the deadline for the scheme member hours changes or service breaks in respect of the period 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021 is 30 June 2021.

The Prudential implemented a new pensions administration system in November 2020. The new system, compounded by Covid lockdowns, has created delays in processing members’ pension benefits and investing members’ contributions.

Data should be submitted using the same templates that were used previously, and once again must be sent securely through Egress to pensionsdata@leics.gov.uk
