This bulletin provides more detailed information to that given in Bulletin 7 - the detailed regulation changes, effective from 1st April 2026, are contained in the PDF document attached (link on the right of this page).

As this bulletin contains significant changes, please ensure this information is passed to your HR and Payroll sections including any third-party providers of these services that you use.
