Bulletin 9: Revised Redundancy Process

Further to Employer Bulletin Issue 6 dated 23 February 2021, you can find the revised process for redundancy and efficiency retirements, including updated forms.

Note that I have been made aware of the government’s intention to introduce legislation that is likely to have some effect on redundancy benefits later this year. At this stage it is unclear when the legislation will come in or the extent of the changes, but I will provide a further update when more is known.
